Meet The Team

Connie Neale
Cheered competitively from age 15 to 25 and began coaching at 18. With over 18 years of experience, I’ve coached at Weston Super Stars, run a programme for Gemini Gymnastics, and co-owned Gravity Supreme Cheerleading Academy. I’m BGU qualified in Levels 1–3 Cheer, Tumble, and Cheer Strength, paediatric first-aid trained, fully trained in safeguarding procedures, and hold an Enhanced DBS. I’ve choreographed numerous routines, and my teams have earned multiple trophies and top-three placements across the UK. Cheer is my passion, and I love helping athletes grow in skill, confidence, and team spirit.

Jodi weston
Former competetive cheerleader of six years at GSCA, where I won multiple trophies and discovered my passion for the sport. I later became a junior coach at Gravity Supreme Cheerleading Academy, gaining invaluable experience supporting young athletes. I’m Level 1 & 2 BGU qualified, enhanced DBS certified, paediatric first-aid trained, and fully trained in safeguarding procedures. I love being part of each athlete’s journey—watching them grow in confidence, develop new skills, and progress every single week.

Steph Delaney
BA (Hons) Musical Theatre graduate and former competetive cheerleader, dedicated to coaching and supporting young athletes. I’m Level 1 BCQ Cheerleading qualified, an experienced dance instructor, enhanced DBS certified, paediatric first-aid trained, and fully trained in safeguarding procedures. I’m passionate about helping athletes express themselves through movement, build confidence, and grow their skills across both cheer and dance.
